Earthworks

This is the workshop: every tool here is something the teams behind this site use in daily work, and most of it was built by the agents that run on it. If you build software, read the entries. If you run a company, read this page as evidence that the system is real. How we run tells the story; this page is the inventory. Named tools, skills, and applets grouped by kind, each with a plain statement of what it does and how far along it is. The access column splits the catalog two ways: open means yours to take today, client means it comes with an engagement.

Pi

Every agent session here goes through pi, an open-source coding-agent CLI. This section is the harness itself plus the extension family around it, one surface: everything that runs on the harness, from the npm extensions anyone can install to the family pieces that come with an engagement. The access column on each row says how far that piece is from your hands today.

Models

The models in daily rotation, text to image to judgment, each row naming the model and the plane that serves it. The hosted ones come through the LunaRoute gateway, which leads this section with its full roster. Locally run weights sit next to API models; the state column says how far along each one is.

LunaRoute

LunaRoute is the gateway for the hosted models: one subscription account, and every model behind it reads zero on input, output, and cache. There is no token rationing to plan around. Agents read whole files and whole codebases instead of excerpts, long sessions run without a cost decision at every step, and parallel fleets go unmetered. Model choice comes down to speed, privacy, and locality instead of cost: the local models below exist for privacy and offline work, not savings.

Through the gateway 8 entries
GLM-5.2 Vision model production gateway vision serving of GLM-5.2 Z.ai Open

Skills

A skill is an instruction file an agent reads before working a task: method written down instead of improvised. Some of these are methods built here, some are the operating instructions for open tools; the access badge on each row says which is which. This section represents 99 distinct skills across 37 rows: singles stand alone, and family rows state their size in the kind column.

built on herdr by herdrdev; I run my own fleet doctrine in place of the agent skill it ships

  • The dispatch, review, and verification loop for a pane fleet
